Martinez, Joel

Biography

Raised in San Marcos, Dr. Joel Martinez attended SWT (now Texas State University) for two years before transferring to the University of Texas dental school in Houston where he graduated in 1977.  While at Texas State, he was among the first students to participate in Upward Bound.  Dr. Martinez has had a private practice in McAllen, Texas since 1979.
